Reynaldo A. Morales, PhD, MSc
Advisor to International Negotiations & Documentary Filmmaker
Based in the US and Peru
Reynaldo advises on international negotiations, including UN treaty negotiations for Indigenous Peoples and the Paris Agreement’s climate framework, and served on the negotiating team behind the Cali Fund for Biodiversity, a new global mechanism for sharing genetic-data revenue. Reynaldo began as an investigative journalist in Peru during the tumultuous 1980s, and is today a professor and award-winning documentary filmmaker.

Guy Charlton, LLB, PhD
Indigenous Law Scholar, Legal Counsel & Arbitrator
Based in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong
Guy is a leading scholar of Indigenous law and has taught business, corporate, and Indigenous law at universities in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and the US. He is Co-Director of the Centre for Indigenous Rights and Law at Auckland University of Technology. Early on, Guy served as legal counsel for a tribal nation in Wisconsin. Today, he is a tenured professor at the University of New England, a licensed arbitrator, and a practicing lawyer in Hong Kong.

Glenys A. Babcock, PhD

Glenys holds a PhD in Public Policy Analysis, which she thinks of as a doctorate in getting from A to Z: taking a thorny problem and designing the process for getting from where things are to where they need to be. For 30+ years, she has led organizations, international teams and high-stakes projects, and served as a trusted advisor to senior corporate and government decision-makers on consequential issues.
